Larry has over 39 years of finance and accounting experience. Larry joined GMS in 2009 after working with Ed Gonzalez at MarCom Technologies for almost nine years as Chief Financial Officer.
Rich is the Senior Account Manager for Association Marketing Services. Having totally dedicated his career to the call center industry working with Ed Gonzalez since 1996, Rich has a unique understanding and knowledge of the teleservices business inside and out from a global perspective.
Jennifer holds the role of Business Controller at GMS Connect. She is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business including billing, receivables, cost management, and payroll. She also oversees our HR and compliance departments and leads internal process.
Austin coordinates, and leads the GMS Connect team in all aspects of quality assurance, data analysis, and maximizing production. Austin manages key client projects and his responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
Mauro brings over a decade of experience in operations management and leadership skills, which he has cultivated through working in prominent roles and during his time in the military. He adeptly leverages the power of data and technology to seamlessly refine operational processes, propelling performance to new heights.
Raquel has over 18 years’ experience in the industry with 10 of those years working at GMS. She is responsible for assigning tasks to call Center representatives, motivating staff and ensuring quality. She enhances team performance and maximizes customer satisfaction by strategically managing calls and implementing new processes. Raquel is successful at training and mentoring employees to promote culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. She supervises the daily operations of the call center and ensures highest readiness maintaining staffing requirements by overseeing our Recruiting Department as well.
